Hello,
I am not experienced with Plesk and was faced with the challenge of creating a WordPress website in an existing webspace.
There is a website that needed to be replaced by the new WordPress one.
example_A.webspace.com is the existing website.
example_B.webspace.com is the new WordPress website.
I have example_B ready to be used but I would like the adress to be the same as before. Example_A would be deleted/deactivated.
Can this be done? I tried renaming example_A to example_A_old. When I tried to access it, I got an error ("...You see this page because there is no Web site at this address."). I tried renaming it back to example_A and I get the same error message.
I am now afraid that there isn't a simple solution and I will have to delete domain and files and redo the WordPress website.
What can I do to make this as simple as possible?
Thank you!
