  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Switch to Power user views show error

anthony2610

New Pleskian
I have administrator controls but when I try to switch to Power User views and showing this error:

Error: Unable to switch to the Power User view because there are customer or reseller accounts created in Panel

Any ideas?

Switching to Power User view is not possible by design if several customers or resellers exist in Parallels Plesk Panel. Here is description in Administrator's Guide for Parallels Plesk Panel 10.4.4:

http://download1.parallels.net/Ples...US/online/plesk-administrator-guide/about.htm

The second option, Power User view, is the best if you use Panel solely for personal needs, such as for maintaining a company portal or a mail server. In this view, both server administration and hosting services management take place in Control Panel. As this view does not assume a reselling service to others is needed, it does not provide facilities to manage hosting plans, subscriptions, resellers, and customers.

What should be fixed? It is not bug. It is expected behaviour.
