I placed a support request (via the form and server request form faxed to swsoft) to fix a number of bugs on plesk 7.0.1. They dealt with the first issue about permissions to access certain functionality on the plesk control panel. However, the second issue of erratic webstat updates has been totally forgotten about. I have even emailed them and asked what is happening, over 36 hours ago now! Come on guys (sw soft) at least send a response back letting me know something! Or do I need to go about filling in another form again (I hope not considering all this information was on the form in the first place!).
