Sync of some permission in "service plan" failed

Hello,

we have one "service plan" where the permission "Setup of potentially insecure web scripting options that override provider's policy " ist deaktivated.
When I click on "Update & Sync" this permission is not synced to the "Subscritions".

When I manual deaktivate this permission in the "Subscritions" and then "Update & Sync" the service plan angain, the permission is again aktive!

Can someone help me with that?
