Question To identify the subscription not sync on service plan

Hello Support,

In plesk we have different service plan and if we make any changes in the service plan and click Update & Sync there is some error like package is not sync. Is that possible to check which exact permission or option was not sync?

Hi, @Thomas Oryon . Could you please confirm what's being logged at /var/log/plesk/panel.log at the time of the error occurrence? Also, if you can share the exact error you get it will be really helpful.
