• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Sync Subscriptions with Forward Domains

CJZ

Basic Pleskian
I have an account that currently has a hosting domain and a forwarding domain. When I change the subscription or update the server, the subscription is no longer synced. When going to sync, I get

Code:
Property Subscription value Plan
Physical hosting None Physical hosting

value Available value Affected sites
 None forward.tld

It allows me to hit the sync button and tells me the main domain has been synced. To sync the subscription, the forwarded domain has to be deleted.

Plesk should not sync the forwarded domain and still show the subscription as synced.

Has this been fixed?

Hi,

It is a bug.

Has this been fixed? I have encountered other issues. Do you need beta testers, if so PM me.

Can I safely upgrade Plesk 10 to the newer versions without plesk breaking?

Thanks!

I'm now currently running on 10.3.1 without too much fail (not saying perfect) and this bug appears to be fixed in 10.3.x.
