  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Synchronization Failed, can anyone explain?

LinqLOL

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

I have a reseller (based on a reseller plan) which also made some default plans for himselves. When he creates a new
website he gets a "Synchronization Failed" when syncing I get the following:

Property Subscription value Plan value Available value
Hard disk quota Unlimited Unlimited Not supported

I can't find out what the "Not supported" means. Can anyone shine a light on this one? :)

Have you assigned the hard disk quote in your reseller plan as "unlimited!?

If you haven't, if the reseller tries to create a subscription with unlimited hdd quota, I would have thought that he can't actually do this.

Only a guess though!

Well indeed it's strange that subscription says unlimited although I assigned 7 GB to the effected reseller plan. And I also
found out that linux disk quota was not installed on the server. Is this required for Plesk?
