System reinstall - Plesk users and sites restore?

Hello:) I must reinstall OS and I do copy of /var/lib/mysql directory and /var/www directory, How I can restore from this ftp users:)?

I restore from this: www-datas, mysql databases, all datas of Plesk Panel(I have sites, domains itd in plesk) but i don't have:
DNS records(bind records)
FTP users

Please help with this:)
My OS: Debian 4.0 64bit
