• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question System update MariaDB 10.1 to 10.2

H.W.B

Regular Pleskian
Hello,
I am using MariaDB 10.1.x now.
The system update function tells me there are no updates.
But MariaDB is already on 10.4.

When is Plesk going to add MariaDB 10,2 or higher to the system updates???

I need the Raw format Dynamic for some databases, but that is on MariaDB 10.2.

Plesk does not update MariaDB automatically. This is a task that you need to do by yourself. If you have the latest Plesk Obsidian, I recommend to upgrade directly to MariaDB 10.5. This article describes how to do it:

If you feel that you need assistance, I can recommend to book Plesk professional service for the task. They charge approx. 150 € for it, but they can sure handle the job very well.
