Hi,

Some templates are not present in the upgrade for 4.5 and the autoupdate for template is not working.
I made the download of the 5 Template Packs (Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder Site Templates) and made the installation manually. The error with template persists and in the auto update status the templates does not appears with status installed.. I imagine that if it is already installed the status must be installed and all template must be available, not just 486.


When I paid for the sus in the sb the Portuguese language was available. I understand that is the company obligation continue with this language pack.

If you require a language that is not listed, you can try and search for it at our http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=48344 or you can create the language pack yourself using our http://swdn.swsoft.com/en/extensions/localization/sitebuilder/.

As for templates, make sure that all templates are listed in Parallels Sitebuilder admin CP -> Server -> Templates section. Also, please provide the screen shot from the Server -> Autoupdate section, so I could better understand the case.
