Hello, I want to ask something simple i think..

I want to install a test server in VMware with some linux distro (im not sure yet which ill choose) and i want to install Plesk reloaded on it.
As far as i know plesk gives a license for 1 domain only for this reason (tests).
My question is this...I dont have static ip on that pc but I use a Dynamic DNS service so i have a domain name that points to my computer 24/7.
Can i install plesk and get the 1 domain license from plesk in that way?

i dont think plesk will like the dynamic ip... but what you can do is to give the vmware machine a local ip and use nat to forward the ports to that local machine... but it might not like it.

If you would like to lease a server we have some starting at 69$ /month or even have VPS around 34.95 /month
