Issue The backup process failed: Insufficient disk space for backup

Hi!
Can't make backup. Error with /var/lib/psa/dumps and FTP storage

Ftp storage have 1TB free and local dump 1,1TB.

Message 1 second after starting: The backup process failed: Insufficient disk space for backup

In Backup/Setting when mark or change any option and aplly, dont save the changes.

FTP storage save datalogin, password and FTP server, but dont list backup files.

The same problem with backup master Plesk and all subscribers.

Bug whit my Plesk Backup?

I need help!!!
