The "handlers permanentfail" is still present

it's not true, it is NOT fixed yet ...
the support told me they work on it ...

Is there an update on this?
The two links in the last post are links to the old SWSoft forum. THey try to redirect to the parallels.com URL but neither come up with anything relevant...
 
I am going to have to say the update / fix would be to upgrade to version 9.2.1....I am still running 8.6.0 with the 5 patch and doesn't seem to tbe fixed.
