The page cannot be displayed - error

Hello Folks,

one of our clients has a strange problem; when she wants to go to the control panel (Plesk 7.5) she gets an error ("the page cannot be displayed").
When I go to the same control panel, I don' t have a problem.

The option 'Proxy Server' is not unchecked and she doesn't have a firewall.

Can anyone help me out on this one, please?
