The plesk panel from domain/web site loss?

We use the Centos 4.1 Linux and Working Plesk for Linux 8.1. We didn't find domain list unique domain name. And write to browser domain name I see on default plesk page. But 2 Day ago is best working domain name/web site. Later check on server with ssh all domain directorys and find. But later removed this directory on server and removed open bind codes appurtenant cleavers.

And check again browser domainname/web site. Loss default plesk page. Later login plesk panel and try add my domain name. Can't add domain and on screen this message Error: Such DNS record for domain example.com already exists.

Please help me?
