The system not start : Init boot CPU : 99,9%

Hi!

Today big problem with my VPS (Debian 7.0 x86_64) , it is not start.

There is a ALERT : Resource shortage and i check the cpu is running 99% by the init boot.

I can not connect via SSH, only can Access via Power Panel, i attempt to put the system in repair mode but I still can not
connect via SSH.

Anybody can help me??

There is nothing wrong, when you have a high CPU usage on a system start/restart. This is not a cause of any issues/failures/problems.

If you can't connect to a service, first be sure, that no firewall is blocking the access.


Afterwards, it is wise to investigate the log - files, so that suggestions don't come out of the blue, but are based on the potential errors. Ples have a look at this KB - article:

... and post errors/issues/failures/problems from the logs, so that some people willing to help know where to start suggestions to solve your issue.
