There are limits of Plesk or MySQL that my website can be reached?

I have a site of questions and answers with over 800,000 posts.
A few months ago, my site was unavailable for having reached the limit of using PHP. I discovered that this was the problem and changed the limit. The site was work.
But I wonder if there are other limits that possibly my website can be reached and that is making it slow and unavailable.
Do you have any idea?

@Jonatan442,

I'm not sure you will find a Magic Answer from this forum to fix your website. It is bit complicated as you mention in an another thread, you only have about 2/3 concurrent connection etc.
