• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
i'm having issues installing Zend Optimizer 3.x.x

I am running php 5.2.17 on the specific joomla website which requires ZO 3.X for one of the installed extensions, on an Ubuntu 16.x install

the latest version of plesk onyx auto update running.

the site seems to run zend in a form called xcache? i'm not familiar with this. i have installed the correct zend version 3.3.3 in a folder on my server and added this location to the additional php.ini file via the plesk console as i have read i cannot add this manually as it will be removed/replaced by the plesk install.

when checking if the Zend optimizer is active on my website i get the below message...
