Hi,
I just switched my server and plesk 10 is installed. As I don't want to use horde as webmailer I created a new entry called b1gmail in the webmail configuration site. This points to a subfolder like domain.com/b1gmail. When I click at the link in the overview, the correct page is shown. But when I type in webmail.domain.com I just see the default plesk page. Switching back to the built-in horde installation is working fine. Back to mine => back to default page. I configured b1gmail as webmail service in the service plans and at the domains. But still no luck.
I would see if the webmail. subdomain isn't working at all, but I can't see why it works with horde but not with my third party webmails.
Do you know, why I have that strange problem?
