Time Sync - not working

Basic Pleskian
Hi there, in my Plesk CP version 8.2 my server is falling behind in time. If I set it to sync with a time server it still falls behind. Any help would be great!

A little more info...

Have tried OS NTP management and that doesn't seem to work. Fire wall is NOT blocking the NTP UDP port 123.

Why wouldn't Plesk be able to communicate with the time servers?

PLEASE HELP, thank you!
