timemng error

Hi there,

On my Plesk Server i cannot synchronize the time with the time server anymore.

In eventvwr i have the following entry:

When i have a look into the scheduler, i see this under "Run":

C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c ""C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\runtask.exe" "--application=\"C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\timemng.exe\"" "--parameters=--synchronize-now --time-server=time1.solnet.ch"


I would like to synchronize the Plesk server time with the time server (NTP) of my provider.

And this external time server is:

time1.solnet.ch

I can ping and resolve this time server without any problems.

For any reasons the timemng is not able to synchronize with this external NTP server.

Under the Plesk Control Panel i have set the timeserver "time1.solnet.ch", too.

What can i do that Plesk synchronizes the server time with this external NTP from my ISP?
