Timeout on courer-pop3d

Hello,

I have a problem with an account. The client connects and starts getting his mails, like this:
Jul 14 07:39:04 host courier-pop3d: LOGIN, user=*****@*****.com, ip=[::ffff:*.*.*.152], port=[*]

But then, after 5 minutes, I see this:
Jul 14 07:44:04 host courier-pop3d: TIMEOUT, user=*****@*****.com, ip=[::ffff:*.*.*.152], port=[*], top=0, retr=0, rcvd=12, sent=17527, time=300

So the client can't get his mails. Any clue on why the connection takes so much time (maybe a lot of emails + poor connection?) or how to increase this timeout? Thanks
