Timesync dont work

the eMail notification says:

In my Windows Server 2003 Sp1 the log says:

Unable to execute (net time \\time.windows.com /set /y): Systemfehler 51 aufgetreten.

Any Idea of the fault?

Same problem. Our time server is europe.pool.ntp.org

Anyone else?
