Timthumb 403 forbidden error

Hi.

I am using Plesk 12 in Centos 6.5 and Wordpress 3.9.1

I realized that timthumb (latest and previous version) does not work.

Thumbnails don't show and when i click the photos link a get a 403 forbidden error.

I made all changes in file folders permissions but nothing happens.

Please help me to fix it
