From what I gather, Plesk by default sets up Tomcat/JSP support around installing apps from WAR archives, rather than developing pages with individual JSP files.

I need to deploy a site which contains individual JSP pages.

How do I "fix" Tomcat so it behaves normally?

Plesk 8.0.0 / Fedora Core 4.
