• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

tomcat.php license error when restoring domain

DMScat

New Pleskian
Hi,

I'm trying to restore a domain from another server (the source server I don't have full access to). When I restore to my new Linux Plesk 11 server I get this error in the restore log:

Execution of /opt/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/tomcat.php --update-service
mydomain.com -status domadm -ignore-nonexistent-options failed
with return code 1.
Stderr is
No soportado por la llave de licencia

Anyone any idea what this could be? It would seem odd if there is any license need for anything relating to tomcat...

thanks in advance! Andy.

Tomcat requires a licence to be run ...It's called the Parallels Plesk Panel Power Pack licence. The same licence Bundle Including support for Parallels Plesk Mobile Manager App, Kaspersky Anti-Virus (up to 5 mailboxes), Parallels Web Presence Builder (10 sites), Unity One Mobile Site Builder (up to 2 sites), Tomcat, ColdFusion, and MSSQL/PostgreSQL
