tomcat with multiple domains

I have the tomcat add-on for plesk, and I thought everything was going ok. I have two domains, lets call them dom1.com, and dom2.com. I have 2 tomcat applications installed under dom1, and 1 under dom2. They all work properly under the appropriate domains. However I see that in the catalina.out log file, it tries on startup one of the apps thats under dom1, in dom2, and gets a invalid or unreadable war file. Anyone know what might cause one domains tomcat to read context files from the others? Thats all I can think of for how its even trying to load up a war file like that.
