I have too many connection to psa database and high cpu usage.
I checked mysql log and find too many of this records:

Connect admin@localhost on psa
Query set foreign_key_checks=0
Query SHOW VARIABLES LIKE 'version'
Query SELECT val FROM misc WHERE param='mysql41_compatible'
Query SET NAMES binary
Query select val from misc where param='https_port'
.....
