traffic amount stays a 0mb

the traffic amount for every domain/client i host on my server reports as 0 B or MB.

I know for fact this not accurate. One of my clients alone gets about 1200 visitors a day to his site.

Anyone know what's causing this?

Try run statistics utility by hand:

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics
