Traffic and Disk usage not working

Since a few days the details of Disk Usage en Traffic in the Plesk panel are not updated anymore.

Traffic stays at 0.0MB/month en the Disk Usage does not change if customers upload or remove file (after a few days)

I use smarterstats and that states: last update 1-jul-2006

What could cause this and how to fix this?

Edit:
when I run statistic.exe manually I get the following error:
D:\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin>D:\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\statistics.exe
Unexpected query for column year

Who can help?

get a fresh copy of statistics.exe and dump it in the plesk bin directory.
