  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Traffic count on Mainpage

Webroy

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

When i logon into plesk on the mainpage you see:

Diskspace
Memory
Traffic.

My plesk does not count traffic, it stays at 0. On the domains itself he does count the traffic.

Is there a cron not running?

Best regards

Try to run manually following command from /etc/cron.daily/50plesk-daily cron script:

# /usr/local/psa/bin/sw-engine-pleskrun /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/DailyMaintainance/script.php

and check that there are no any errors in output.

Hi Igor,

I get this error:

We have already submitted request to developers regarding this problem. It is still under their investigation.
Could you please provide us with /etc/sw/keys/ dir and subdirs content? I will forward it to developers for continuing of investigation.
