  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

traffic limitation problem

Hello every one,
i'm using PLESK 8.6 and i should be able to manage users traffic,
they are able to use more and more traffic every day without any of my control !

i gave every user limits of traffic but they still able to use / take more !

i wonder if i can suspend any user who take/use more than what they should use, is this possible and how please ?

Thanks

I dont think that plesk suspends any user automatically for any reason, it can only send notifications to you and then you can take manual action.

i could be wrong though - personally we charge them for going over so we dont suspend anything, just keep track of how much they over use.

thanks but after last update i got 2 options for traffic limitation, this is why i just thought about automatic suspension without handy action

Thanks
