Traffic summary on the domain shows 0.00GB

Under Server->Traffic, it appears the numbers are still correct for the current month by client; however, if you go to a specific client, in their domain list, the traffic numbers show 0.00 for everybody.

It's going to be a tough sale on overrages next month when their views show them 0 and I claim they've used X amount of traffic.

This inconsistency has to be a bug.

it's a bug ... swsoft said they have fixed it in the current code and it will be done in the first patch/hotfix..
