meine Traffic anzeige steht schon seit ca. einem monat auf 0MB und auch wenn ich die Statistiken aufrufen will kommt:

Hi,

Check the cron daemon first then the crontab ebtries for statistics.
If it checks out then you can have various reasons.

Like : if you have unupdated plesk 8.0 there can be the bug related to the database names.
Logfiles are big and statistcics dies.
And many more, these needs to be checked from the server.
Try to run manually the statistics and see.

there was no crontab to refresh the statistic

I have the same problem; I've runned manualy:

/opt/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/pack-sysstats day
/opt/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/pack-sysstats week
/opt/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/pack-sysstats month
/opt/psa/libexec/modules/watchdog/cp/pack-sysstats year


but in the Domains page I get always 0.00MB/Month in the traffic field.

Hello,

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics is the statics.
The crontab is set to 4:07 by default.
You need to check that entry.
