Transfer a domain between accounts?

There's *got* to be a way to do this. I want to transfer a domain from one user account to another on my server, running psa v7.5.1_build75041216.14. How?

Is it as simple as changing a single column in the PSA database? Is it horribly complex? Is there a script that can do it for me?
