Transfer account from cPanel to Plesk

I have an account on cPanel which I would like to transfer to my Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5 powered VPS.
I do not have root access on cPanel (it is a shared hosting account with one domain and one addon domain, two MySQL databases, no email accounts).

Does Plesk support import of cPanel shared accounts?

Root access is necessary for migration.

So there is no way to transfer account with tools?
Just manual file and DB transfer and manual setup?
