transfer of data /website from Plesk 7.5 linux

Hi,

I have a Plesk 7.5 for linux.
I just got a windows server w/Plesk for Windows 7.5
How do I transfer all my sites/clients etc
to the windows server..
without manually creating each domain,
backing up and restore onto windows servder..

Unfortunately, Plesk for Windows does not move domain from Linux server to Windows Server.
