Trying to get trend micro to work with Plesk 8.1. I received the below email from Trend Micro: "We have not seen Plesk work in a couple years. We know that Plesk says that 8.x will work, but we have had many people try in the past year. Plesk is looking for TXT records in our zones, but we only have A records. We do not know how to force Plesk to lookup A records. It looks like your activation code was created yesterday. I searched all of our DNS logs for today and yesterday, looking for your DNS zone below, but I do not see any entries. Do you still have our service enabled? I just wanted to look in our logs to be sure if your server is looking for TXT or A records. Regards, Rick Lowrey Trend Micro, NSSG" What do I need to do to get Plesk to work with Trend Micro? It sounds like Plesk is not looking up the TXT or A records.
