• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Ok here is my delima... I am using a php form to mail script... The problem I am having is that my customer is using another service provider for their email. So when the script is ran it doesnt want to leave the server because plesk still thinks the mail server is located on the server the customers web site is on... It will plop the email into their box on the server... but will not actually send it...

My question I quess would be this...

If I manually delete the account for the customer in M.E. will it start looking for the mail server elsewhere?

Any ideas?

Also I am using your standard variety php webmail form to email script.

Thanks!
