Hope you guys can help me out on this issue. We are using Truedesk (www.truedesk.com) under a Plesk server installation with Qmail and Courier as default mail servers.
I've setup Truedesk to use the existing IMAP server under ip 87.x.x.117 on port 143 and added the domains which are going to be used by truedesk, domain1.com and domain2.eu
I can login with my [email protected] credentials. I even can receive mail from sent by my gmail account.
Sending mail fails "(Unresolved Address): Pending Delivery" is mentioned in the mail qeue.
The DNS name resolution is working fine, with the Plesk Horde mailer everything goes smootly.
We did test it with both the SMTP Server enabled and disabled. When disabled I got the message Unresolved Address): Pending Delivery, as described below.
When enabled the SMTP Server in the manager the mail seems to go out fine as shown in the log below (but all I get is the popup messagebox which I can't find back in my mailbox?? for more information see the screenshot attachment.
Deleting the mail qeue didn't help neither. Set the server listening as described here
http://forum.swsoft.com/showthread.php?threadid=33483&highlight=mail+listen gives us no results. Are there others who have experienced the same problem in combination with plesk servers?
