Issue Trying to install a SLL Certificate from GoDaddy

Hi there, I'm trying to manually install a SLL certificate I purchased through GoDaddy. I have the .crt and .pem files as well as the private key. When I try to add via 'Add SSL Certificate' it says there is an issue with the private key. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just connected the certificate to the control panel. However, my site is built on WordPress.
