Turn off FTP Access To Certain Clients

Hey Guys/Gurls,

We have given some of our clients access to there Plesk Control Panel for there domains..
But the problem is that some of them have been using these login's to gain FTP access and stuff up there websites..

Is there anyway i can turn off FTP access for sum clients but not others
