Two DNS on the same server and how to

I'm using plex and try to use the two dns on the same server. after reading all the documentatin, this forum I still got no clou how do i've to setup my server.

is there anybody who could give an advice or step by step description. how i have to do that.

We already had this theme some days ago. And I posted
a complete big workshop about it. :-(
