Two problems after updated to 12

jhochwald

New Pleskian
I have updated my server to Plesk 12.0.18 Update #2
There are awesome new features and improvements, but i still have two problems:
  1. I get 500 Internal Server Error on Domains where "Process PHP by nginx" os of and FastCGI App or CGI is used
  2. If i try to access the Stats (/plesk-stat/webstat/), tried AW and Webalizer, i get an 404 after providing valid credentials

An example for 1.: http://test.hochwald.net/test/
Providing an example for 2. makes no sense, since there is the user/password barrier :)

Both use cases are attached.

Any idea?

Thanks & best regards
/JH

Hello,

AWStats+php-fpm issue was reported to our team. Thank you for your feedback. Quick workaround - add index.html to url.
About second problem - could you show related records from domain error_log?

Thank you.

I fixed this for myself: I had to remove the following statements from my .htaccess:
Code:
Options All -Indexes
Options +FollowSymlinks

The error code was:
Code:
Option All not allowed here

Here is an update (from another Domain:
[Mon Jun 02 13:27:05 2014] [warn] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] (104)Connection reset by peer: mod_fcgid: error reading data from FastCGI server
[Mon Jun 02 13:27:05 2014] [error] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] Premature end of script headers: index.php
[Mon Jun 02 13:27:52 2014] [error] [client xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] Premature end of script headers: cgi_wrapper

It works, as long as i have "Run as Apache Module" enabled in the hosting settings. It does not work with CGI or FastCGI
Any idea?

Here is a bit more info!

After searching a bit on the system...
my /var/log/httpd/suexec_log contains the following:
Code:
[2014-06-02 14:51:17]: uid: (10001/kreativsign) gid: (505/505) cmd: cgi_wrapper
[2014-06-02 14:51:17]: command cgi_wrapper not in docroot (10001)

Is this a hint?

Make sure that you have correct permissions here:

# stat /var/www/cgi-bin/cgi_wrapper
File: `/var/www/cgi-bin/cgi_wrapper'
Size: 4096 Blocks: 8 IO Block: 4096 directory
Device: 19h/25d Inode: 38091507 Links: 2
Access: (0755/drwxr-xr-x) Uid: ( 0/ root) Gid: ( 0/ root)

Also check that /var/www isn't symlink to other directory.
