Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, Plesk 10.2 -> 10.3 -> automatedBackups don't work anymore

New Pleskian
Hi there,

the manual start of the Backup-Task still works, but the scheduled Backup does simply not start.
There is also no entry at the scheduled task-liste (cron-jobs) with root.

apt-get remove psa-backup-manager
and reinstalling it via
/opt/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller

did not solve the problem.
So I did some research and entered a task myself to the scheduled tasks as the user root:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/backupmng >/dev/null 2>&1

and that does start the Backup allright.
The Backup-Process is also shown at 'Home>Server Tools> Backup-Manager' to be running now.

So it seems, that simply for whatever reasons the information for the Backup-Manager to start is not safed correctly to the scheduled task-list...

Please fix this quickly!

Best Regards

Michael Kittlitz
