UI inconsistency for mail settings
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:
CentOS Linux 7.7.1908, Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.19, upgraded from 17.8
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
different options depending on how one accesses the mail settings.​
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
log in as admin, or client.
pick a subscription who's service plan includes mailing list management.

1) website & domains, mail settings, leads to a windows with 4 tabs. Used to be 3 only on Onyx. This one includes a "mailing lists" tab.
1b) websites & domains, mail accounts, leads to a window also with 4 tabs, incl "mailing lists"

2) mail, mail settings, leads to a window with (only) three tabs [like it used to be]. No tab for "mailing lists".

Although 1) and 2) lead to the same config screen, the one has an additional tab, whereas the other has not.differ​

Thank you for the report. The issue confirmed and registered as #PPPM-11053. We will it in the future updates.
