Unable connect autoinstall.plesk.com

Hello,

My windows server 2008 r2 can not connect to autoinstall.plesk.com. Internet Explorer connecting plesk.com but not connecting this address. I think my ip address has been banned from your server. How can I fix it?

Maybe, can I try another ip's?

Check your firewall at least. Check that you can ping autoinstall.plesk.com in cmd.

Yes checked. ping result: "Ping request could not find host autoinstall.plesk.com. Please check the name and try again. "

When I change the IP of the server, cmd can ping autoinstall.plesk.com

What can I do?

Try to add corresponding record about autoinstall.plesk.com and it's IP address to hosts file.
