Unable stop plesk backup in plesk 11.0.9

Hi All ,

We are using Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0.9 on Windows 2008 r2 Server. We are facing the issue while stop the running scheduled plesk backup. We are trying to stop backup but getting below error:--

Error: Unknown object type
---
Further you can also check the same in attached screenshot.

Kindly provide us resolution asap or workaround which we can try at our end .
