Resolved Unable to access Apache/Nginx Settings on all domains. How to resolve/repair?

Today I entered the panel and I was going to change some Nginx rules on a domain, but got this message

Warning: Permission denied.

I checked some other domains, same result.

Server is Centos 6, Plesk Onyx, all updated, using admin account.

Any ideas how can I repair/resolve this issue?
