  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Unable to Access Plesk Panel 9.5

RalphP

New Pleskian
I have a newly configured server running Plesk.

The company running the server supplied me with a URL to launch the desktop which has been working fine for two weeks but has now failed.

The URL is http://109.200.1.74:8880 in case anyone cares to take a look.

As you will see, I get a Plesk Panel header and a single button 'Continue' in the top left of the screen.

Even rebooting (Power cycling) the server has no effect.

Does anyone have any ideas what may have happened and how to resolve this.

Many Thanks

Ralph

I used the alternate URL

Thank you.

I have rebooted, powercycled and restarted the Plesk service with the same result.

problem solved. The server provider had not set the local DNS record properly, although I had configured DNS on my registrars nameservers.
